Supporting Children with Type 1 Diabetes
For more than thirty years, Tee Off For Tots (TOFT) has impacted the lives of local children and families affected by Type 1 diabetes, which, unless carefully managed, can be life-threatening and there is no cure. Tee Off For Tots provides TMH with funding for detection, education, and treatment programs, which help children as young as age two and their families cope with the medical and emotional challenges of this difficult disease.
The Proctor Endowment for Children with Diabetes
For more than 20 years, the Proctor Dealerships have served as the presenting sponsor for the Tee Off for Tots Golf Tournament, Social and Car Raffle. Proceeds benefit the Proctor Endowment for Children with Diabetes, which funds backpacks filled with helpful items to manage diabetes, a camp for children with diabetes, and the TMH Physician Partners – Endocrinology, Obesity & Diabetes. Your support spreads hope and a helping hand to children right here in our community with Type 1 diabetes.
Proceeds provide funding for:
A bag with everything patients need to begin managing their diabetes, including Glucose gel and tablets, a cooler bag for insulin, alcohol swabs and much more
Scholarships to the Florida Diabetes Camp at Dogwood Acres, a summer camp tailored to children with diabetes
Funding for TMH Physician Partners – Endocrinology, Obesity & Diabetes, which provides early detection, education and treatment programs

Your $125 raffle ticket enters you for a chance to win a beautiful, 2026 Acura MDX provided by the Proctor Dealerships, as well as entry for two into the Tee off Social. Kids age 5 and younger are free, and, after purchasing a raffle ticket, additional tickets to the social are available for purchase.
The Tee Off for Tots Social & Raffle will be held on Sunday, October 25 from 4-7 PM at District 850, located at 2662 Fleischmann Road in Tallahassee. Only 1,250 tickets will be sold, and last year’s raffle sold out—so don’t miss your chance!
Putting for a Purpose
The annual Tee Off For Tots Golf Tournament, open for registration, offers golfers a chance to win a 2026 Subaru Forester with a hole-in-one, as well as bragging rights if their team brings home the Proctor Cup!
The tournament will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, at Golden Eagle Country Club. The tournament will feature two flights at 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., respectively. Register today!
NOTICE OF TEE OFF SOCIAL RAFFLE TICKETS AND CAR WINNER INFO
Only 1,250 tickets available. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn from submitted tickets on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at approximately 6:30 pm at District 850, 2662 Fleischmann Way, Tallahassee, FL 32308. You do not have to be present to win. Winner must claim vehicle from The Proctor Dealerships by 12/31/2026; otherwise, winner forfeits the car. Before taking possession of the vehicle, all applicable sales & income taxes, registration fees & licensing must be paid by the winner. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner must have proof of car insurance. Winner is solely responsible for his/her own actions & agrees not to hold the TMH Foundation or The Proctor Dealerships liable in connection with winning the car or other prizes. This is not a tax-deductible donation. Suggested minimum price is $125 per ticket. A copy of the TMH Foundation's official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free within the state, 1-800-HELP-FLA.
